So I would have given 5 stars except I lost out on getting a 2nd lovely backcial. It's really interesting how you can really see the colours of a salon when 'things go wrong' vs all going smoothly. For one of the best backcials in town and value for money - this is it. Beautician/Therapist was attentive, highly knowledgeable and experienced. I went for my 1st and made a booking on the same day for a 2nd one. For the 2nd appointment they accommodated a date change which I was grateful for. Having traveled from West London to Stoke Newington, cancelling was not on my mind at all. Then the unforeseen happened and what started as minor train delays resulted in me being stuck on a train and the line suspended. Hence not being able to get to the salon in time, and with the appointment not able to be changed nor refunded according to Wahanda T&C. Suffice to say, up until the last -the ladies dealt with my frustration and outburst with poise and grace which is testament to the respectful establishment that they run.

good experience, the clinic is tidy and clean and staff are very friendly and know what they are doing. i was pleased with my eyebrow tint and tidy - which was done by threading, and done well!

I didn't want to enjoy the massage after booking I received a call to change it earlier. Got lost on my way so was running late for my rescheduled appointment and it was mentioned about 4 times by the therapist that i was which put me off and made me feel uncomfortable. It was very rushed and not sure I had the full 30 mins, having said that was a very good massage but the experience a around my appointment being changed when i had pre booked things. Good massage which I would have enjoyed more if I had felt more welcome, wasn't reminded I was late and felt so rushed. Afterwards the therapist did apologise...... But I'm not sure if I would go there again I'm 50/50
