I've been in Waterlily few times since I moved to Dalston. I became their regular customer now. My beauty therapist as well as the massage therapists that I’ve encountered is professional and kind. I always walk out feeling much better both physically and emotionally. Lovely treat and nice staff. Highly recommend!
Probably one of the most painful Hollywood waxes I've ever had....the lady was nice but improbably wouldn't return!!! Good value for money though and the salon is clean.

The table used for the manicure was small and uncomfortable. The woman doing my manicure was quite abrupt, whilst another member of staff made some comments about people on the street that weren't altogether nice.
My gellish manicure - which supposedly lasts around 2 weeks - didn't. Three days after my appointment both my index fingers were chipped. Quite disappointing.
