I booked this appointment at very short notice and appreciated them accepting this. The therapist was absolutely lovely and made me feel at home right away. The treatment was amazing and the therapist listened to exactly what was going on with my neck and worked in to it really well. End result was great and I would definitely go back. The staff at Waterlily were great- very professional & made me feel very comfortable. Great value for money & my only criticism is that it can be a little loud when people enter the salon upstairs as the noise travels straight down to where the massages are done. I'll definitely come back here.
