The deep cleanse inolved steaming the face which is usual practise, however the extraction involved the beauticians nails. The focus was clearly to get as much out and to get it out at all costs. I now unfortunately have multiple scabs on my face as clearly that method broke skin. Usually a tool is used to take blockages out and if it doesnt come out you leave it. This beautician wanted it all out and now i might be left with scars :(. It was relaxing up until this point of pain and now 3 days later i have a face of scabs. Not the best look after a facial!

Very good Thai stress relief massage using hot stones. My therapist Metaxia really worked the knots out of my shoulders and the stretches were excellent too. Also I had facial which was probably the best I have had, with lots of attention to detail. Looking forward to a return visit.
I've been in Waterlily few times since I moved to Dalston. I became their regular customer now. My beauty therapist as well as the massage therapists that I’ve encountered is professional and kind. I always walk out feeling much better both physically and emotionally. Lovely treat and nice staff. Highly recommend!
