I had a wax but a lovely lady who made it as painless as possible. I've been going to this salon for waxing for sometime now and really happy. I'm going to try some of their other services soon as well. I'm very fussy and have tried countless different salons but definitely impressed by Waterlily

Really good massage but the salon has recently been renovated and it didn't look quite finished. The smell of fresh paint was really strong too. Overall still a really decent and professional massage, but the ambiance of the place could use some work.

The massage was good but I got one at the same salon a few months ago that was better. The customer service was also better the first time around. Nothing went horribly wrong but I wasn't even offered a glass of water afterwards and I felt a bit rushed to get out after the treatment.
