Had a 60 mins deep tissue massage and it was very good, been going to Waterlilly for about a year now and the staff are always friendly. They redecorated the basement recently and it's looking smart.

Charissa was wonderful, very friendly and a very good massage therapist. The salon was nice and clean. Palmira, the manager, was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely use Waterlily again.

Had two appointments booked one dor myself one for my mother. They were able to move the appointments to the same time which was great. Very friendly staff had a little chat and giggle throughout the the entire visit.
Venue is clean even with renovations going on. Would highly recommend
