I was late for the appointment which they rescheduled (my fault) for 30 mins later. I came back, the beautician wasnt prepared, the room was cold, could not have been less relaxing. Extraction facial was so painful that i had to ask her to stop (i have had plenty, this was just too heavy handed). She went way to hard on my skin and it is still marked and red in some places. She smelt like smoke, rushed me out, definitely wont be going back.

Yet again, another excellent experience at Waterlily. I had a brazilian wax, and it was quick, very well done and pain free! Staff here are fab. I have and will continue to recommend to friends.
