This was one of the best massages I've ever had (and I've had quite a few)! My therapist was Karissa (also known as Therapist No.2), who has a firm touch (though I'm sure she'd lighten this if requested), and was absolutely brilliant at finding and massaging out the knots in my back. I'll definitely be returning regularly.

The clinic was lovely and the staff was quite nice however my treatment was really rushed and to be more precise my pedicure got all ruined once I put my shoes as it was not dry yet!!! I thought that staff should know that I had to wait longer...

Not very impressed with this venue, unfortunately. Not a relaxing ambiance as I could hear people talking quite loudly outside the room. Also, the therapist didn't really pay attention to my needs. I made it clear that I had a sprained ankle that was really painful and asked her to please avoid it...Then she went straight for it, which was definitely not fun. Also, I paid for an aromatherapy massage, but it was nowhere close to relaxing and I believe baby oil was used rather than proper massage oil... And after all this, their card machine wasn't working..not very convenient.
I will not go back to this venue again, unfortunately.
