Absolutely terrible service. Had the wrong treatment for my nails, and they were very reluctant to refund me. The gel nail polish was applied too thick. Not happy with the outcome at all. And the man behind the desk at the reception has always been rude. He doesn’t have good customer service skills at all.
Wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here.

Charissa did my eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint and lash tint - it was perfect. I had been hesitant to get my brows done at a place I didn’t know (I’m an Aussie new to London) but Charissa listened to exactly what I wanted - a tidy up without making them too thin and slightly darker. I am so happy with them and will be going back. I also got a Hollywood wax which was the quickest but most thorough I’ve ever had - I recommend this place for brows, lashes and waxing!! (Side note - they have lots of Australian clients if that’s helpful to other Aussies looking for a salon)

Had a really great experience at The Waterlily Beauty Clinic. The staff were friendly and seemed experienced, and the place itself felt very clean and had a good atmosphere. I had a deep cleansing facial which was quite intense but did the job, and whilst I walked away from the clinic very red (😂), I was more than satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend!
