Very decent experience as my first time getting an ‘intimate area’ wax. I was quite nervous but was made to feel relaxed and at ease very soon after my arrival. Bikini wax happened without a flaw and I was very happy with the results!

Amazing facial from Waterlily. As most people say the interior is basic but knowledge and the personal touch definitely outweigh that.
I had a full explanation of what was happening and what my skin was 'saying' about how I looked after it and environmental influences. Products were mentioned but not in a pushy way, and we even discussed the products I use now.
Was not only a great facial (my skin is glowing) but I felt educated leaving and more inclined to look after my skin better. And the massage for an extra £10 was unbelievable value!

I had a terrible waxing experience at Waterlily's recently. On arrival, the beautician told me she was using hot wax instead of strip wax which I didn't book as my skin is too sensitive. Despite this, she insisted so I said to do small areas to minimalist the pain - she totally ignored this and the experience was extremely rough and painful with my skin even ripped in areas. The beautician was very unsympathetic and actually very rude and I was made to feel uncomfortable throughout. I will most definitely not be visiting again.
