It's my first time here as it's near my home. Had a 60mins deep cleansing facial, i was very impressed by how thorough the extractions were. I know I'll be a regular customer :)

This was my first visit to Waterlily. I found Charissa to be very welcoming. My treatment was excellent and she checked that I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Great customer service all round. I will definitely return and would recommend Charissa.
