I booked a massage and paid online in advance only to turn up to 6 Old Elvet, Durham, the address on the website and every directory I could find, only for the building to be locked an up for sale. A huge inconvenience after paying for parking and taking the time to visit. I rang multiple times and left a voicemail with no response.

Due to a booking error I ended up having a massage at Wansabai instead of my normal place. The massage was excellent and Nat was very skilled and proficient. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and I was made to feel welcome. Would certainty go again if I lived closer.
