A very disappointing experience after I had booked a massage online and paid in advance. I arrived at the address 5 minutes before my appointment, but the door to the building was locked. I called and spoke with the therapist who explained they were running a few minutes late, and shortly after received a SMS from the therapist saying they'd be 5 minutes late. I waited outside, in the cold, until almost 10 minutes after my appointment was due to start before the therapist finally arrived. When I walked into the treatment space, it felt like it hadn't been heated. When I asked the therapist about this, they said it would heat up soon. I was already feeling quite cold after waiting outside, and knew I wouldn't be able to relax on a cold massage couch in a cold room - I'd booked a Swedish massage, so I also would have been undressed to some degree. I shared my concerns with the therapist, said I couldn't go ahead with the treatment as things were, and asked for a refund. I understand that life happens, and that people can get held up unexpectedly occasionally, but as an experienced therapist myself, it was really disappointing to see that the treatment space wasn't sufficiently ready. Heating and heated blankets can be set to come on in advance using timers. Clients' comfort with respect to the environmental temperature has to be top priority during the cooler months - it's simply impossible for a client to fully relax when they feel cold, and this significantly reduces the benefits gained from a treatment. Add to this the wasted time travelling to and from the appointment and time out of my day, and the concern that if I had stayed, the therapist would not have been fully present for my treatment because they were running late/rushing around. Such a shame, as the other reviews seemed promising with respect to the treatments on offer.

Anyone knows what happened to this place? I used to be a regular with Natt back in 2024 and 2025 but in the past months I haven’t been able to book a session with her. The system keeps assigning another therapist that did not work for me and whenever I try to communicate with the business and explain that I’d like to book with Natt my booking gets cancelled! If she’s not working there anymore they should be honest and just say it.

This place is a little gem professional and friendly staff with excellent attention to detail great value for money and highly skilled therapists this was my 1st time at this place and I booked through Treatwell but you can also book through there main page/site i went for the deep tissue message but there are plenty of other options to go with I highly recommend this place if you suffer from any kind of tension muscle issues or simply just want a relaxing message I’m constantly on my feet all day doing a manual and physical job in the construction industry and this deep muscle message has sorted me right out thank you lady’s keep up the fantastic work and I will be booking in again shortly.

Nina is tremendous. This was the best massage I’ve ever had. What a hidden gem of a place! I booked on Treatwell and the whole experience was brilliant start to finish. I’ll be back.
