The place was not clean, which should have been our first sign. The staff was curt and rude. The manicure was subpar. I choose to cut it short. Will not be going back.

The salon was not very clean. Dust thrown on the ground. The equipment did not seem well sanitised. The gel polish came out bumpy and not consistent. On top of that, a friend came for a manicure and did not end up putting any color. Another friend repeatedly asked for a quick polish (during the time that the other person was meant to be doing her color) and was refused the service, even though the employee just stood around in the extra time and was not working with another client.
