Gel manicure experience was horrible. The technician didn’t ask which shape and length of nails I wanted (she did ask the lady that came after me!) - my nails were of different lengths and she left them all with different length. I had to ask for the file to fix it MYSELF. When it came for cuticle - she pulled out the skin so it was all sticking out all around and I had to insist that they tidy up my cuticles. The gel polish starting coming off the next day. Very disappointed!!
