I had been battling with my weight for sometime and had tried every diet. All my anxiety about hypnotherapy disappeared on my very first visit. Wajeeha has a very calm and pleasant personality which is very reassuring. I was surprised how after the first visit I was able to control my food cravings. By the end of the therapy I had lost 7lbs and my body shape had changed and my self confidence is back. It is 4 weeks after completing my therapy and I am doing very well and my food craving is still under control. I would recommend Wajeeha to anybody. Her gentle and warm nature is very reassuring and makes every session an experience in itself.
I had three Hypnotherapy sessions with Wajeeha. I have to say that I have experienced internal changes after each session. My inner peace and happiness increased and would definately come back for more sessions when needed in the future.
Having had three sessions of Hypno with Wajeeha, I can safely say that it was a developmental experience. It's early days to speak of any major "visible" changes, but it's clear that she is dedicated to her work, and that I have felt supported and nourished from the sessions. Any therapy work is a shared venture between the client and the therapist, and I have my part to play in the coming weeks. Wajeeha brings a comfortable, relaxing and focussed, open energy to the room, and this is conducive to an effective treatment. I will most likely be seeing her for a follow-up session at some point in the next few weeks. I do not have any previous experience of Hypnotherapy, so no "comparison" type angle is possible. My gratitude goes to Wajeeha for her help - a large injection of positivity was most welcome!
This was a totally new experience for me as never tried anything quite like it. I needed help with exam and helping me to concentrate. Wajeeha really helped me explore the roots of my problems and well and helping me on the hypothesis. I would recommend it to anyone who would want help something similar, but make sure you have a clear mind and don’t go in rush and with a rush to leave this won't aid the process of relaxation
Wajeeha is an excellent hypnotherapist. I found her warm, friendly, understanding and very helpful. I've had four our of six hypnotherapy sessions so far and will certainly buy more. I have been able to relax and fully immerse myself into the process due to her professionalism and am finding that the problem we are dealing with is lessening somewhat and I am making changes in my personal life.
