My haircut was perfect! I have never been happier, it was definitely one of the best I've had. The staff is so friendly and wonderful - definitely a delightful visit! I accidentally ended up at the Chelsea location but the team was so kind to accommodate me. I recently moved to London so I didn't take notice of which place I booked.

The salon was being cleaned just as arrived so in very good conditions for my Saturday morning start. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about what would work for my hair. Service was professional and efficient. They offered me even a green tea on the house!
