My eyebrow wax was pretty good, however not made to feel welcome and was not spoken to during my treatment which was off putting. Pedicure was completed by the receptionist, who may or may not have been trained and whilst the outcome of the pedi was good, I was cut and again not spoken to. I probably will try somewhere else next time as I didn’t think it presented the best value for money and the overall service could be massively improved.
