I was given a wad of forms on a clipboard and I only had to fill in the top one .... very unprofessional
The girl who gave me the massage was very young and inexperienced. She kept the bright lights on at first and I asked her to turn them low ... the music was too loud and not very soothing .... At one point the Manager came in to look at a skin condition I had and was very unfriendly. So overall not a good experience!

I had a lovely pedicure. It was amazing. The lady was really nice too. However, my partner also had a pedicure but it wasn't the same as mine. And his also finished quicker than my treatment. Just a little disappointed about that. However, my partner was made to feel comfortable in the massage chair which was really nice of the staff.

The atmosphere is lovely and the staff on the front desk were kind and informative. The establishment is very small, so unfortunately I couldn’t completely switch off as I could hear lots of movement outside of the room. The sweet lady who gave me my massage also did not tell me how I needed to prepare, I had to ask and her response made me feel awkward- she didn’t seem sure what to say. When I left she was chatting with some colleagues, which felt quite awkward- I would have liked some guidance back to the front. The massage was nice, but did not feel like effort was put into it. A lovely place, but I won’t be going back for more treatments.
