This was my second visit to Volta’s spa. The staff have always been really friendly appon arrival. The Brazilian wax was done really well. This is why I came back after the first time.

The main entrance door was very stiff and not closing properly nd the radiator was not working so it was a little cold. The staff were very nice and loved the treatment although the rooms are quite small and cramped.

I wasn’t impressed with this treatment either time I attended. I am a regular waxer and was given some ridiculous excuses for poor results, these were the worst and most painful waxes I have ever had. I was left bleeding, sore and spiky on the second go!
