Perfect experience! Went for a couple's massage and we were running 10 mins late. The ladies were polite regardless, made us instantly feel relaxed and looked after and conducted the treatment in a thoughtful and professional manner. My only feedback would be that we thought we would be in the same treatment room as a couple. However this is a boutique spa so had no problem with the separate rooms.

I am female and wasn’t told ahead of time that the masseur would be male, given the massage involves getting into a state of undress and is a full body massage, I would have liked to know this upfront so I could have made an informed decision about whether to have the treatment. As a result I was very tense and found this an uncomfortable awkward situation. Additionally I wasn’t asked about what pressure I liked and the massage also finished early.
