Had a couple's massage which my husband found on Groupon. My massage was good, not very deep tissue which was fine for me though. However for my husband it was not strong enough. What really put a negative tone on the treatment was the receptionist coming up to me before the treatment to tell me I was not entitled to it as I had been there before on a deal. It is true that I had received a voucher from my sister-in-law previously but did not know I wouldn't be allowed to have a treatment my husband bought which happened to be a couples thing. She made me feel quite bad which made the massage a lot less relaxing. Also my treatment was only 45 minutes although it was meant to be 1 hour (which my husband got). I can't help but feel this could have been handled in a much nicer way, maybe an explanation after the treatment? I really don't feel like going back there now which is a shame as it is a nice atmosphere as a spa.
This is the second time I’ve had my nails done here and I couldn’t recommend it more highly! Laura did my nails and she has done (once again) an amazing job!
