I was encouraged each time I had a Hot Stone Massage to book a course of 3 or 6 and finally did. At the 1st one only 2 lukewarm stones were used very briefly at the end. The music was loud and the first 10-15 mins of my massage all lights were left on. The therapist 'disappeared' after my treatment and did not even offer me a glass of water. I will not be booking any further courses of treatment as it seems that when you do, you receive only sub-standard service.

Went to Volta's for the first time in October and was hugely impressed by the facial I had there - I knew immediately that I was in professional and experienced hands with Varsha. And on leaving my skin felt and looked so much better.

Really loved my massage. Would be good if they could get a bell on the door so that if there's no one at front you can let them know you've arrived rather than waiting outside
