I had an old muscle injury that I left for too long and it got to a point that I could not do any sport or activity without pain. I came to Veronica who patiently & expertly over a 3 month period broke down a lot of scar tissue. It was a long process but she has been amazing in getting me back to full health and able to get back to both kick-boxing and weight lifting at a high intensity.
I will continue to have regular treatments to maintain physical levels

Highly recommend the 1 hour neck, shoulder and back massage! Veronica was really lovely and knowledgeable, she adjusted the massage to my needs and ensured that I was comfortable the whole time. I left feeling relaxed and renewed and will definitely be returning!☺️ I was also really happy that I was sent a form to fill in prior to the massage about medical history etc which I wasn’t expecting. You also receive a text from Veronica on how to find the room which is really helpful!
