They did a great job on my nails. The staff is friendly and I felt taken care of.

The tech cut too much cuticle so I bled. They squeezed my thumb with a sterile wipe to try to stop the bleeding - pushing hard where I already had cracked skin on the other side of my thumb so it was painful.
They did not charge the extra £5 for the "manicure" (cuticle cutting and hand massage etc) that was not included as part of the BIAB manicure and said they would not charge for taking off the BIAB in compensation for the cut.
I found the "nail bar" seating uncomfortable for my back.
