My first manicure some 6 months ago was faultless and I was extremely pleased. My recent visit was very disappointing. To 3 was a very pleasant chap but very rough with cuticles and big toenails were not finished off with file and were rough. I was told as I was see before my allotted time there would be a 15 minute delay. It seems a walk in had appeared and tec 3 was going to attend to her. My manicure was completed by a
Lady who spent her time speaking to colleagues in her own tongue.
