I’ve been here a number of times but this time the person who took my nail polish off was quite harsh and I had to ask him to be careful as it was burning. He seemed inexperienced and rough. Two of the colours I wanted were no longer available. My appointment was4.30 but they started on the girl who had an appointment at 4.45. They seemed distracted and rushed.
