I've been here before on several occasions and had really good experiences. This time things were very different. I had an appointment but still had to wait for a very long time, they seemed to be serving people with later appointments before me and they ran out of lots of the colour choices. There was still nail dust on the counter when I sat down and frankly it was not a good experience.
