The second treatment room is not really suitable for the manicures. Good choice of colours. But not very very careful application.

I had a Brazilian wax with strips not hot wax, so it was a little painful. Staff were friendly and professional though.

I get my eyebrows done here regularly but unfortunately this time my eyebrows did not turn out how i want them. The owner/manager however is super lovely and is helping to rectify the situation. I will continue to use vitalia for my eyebrow threading. I think it was just a one off bad experience.

I would definitely revisit as it is so close to my office. The wax took under 5 minutes which was brilliant as it meant I wasn't out of the office for too long. However there were a few stray hairs that hadn't been caught in the wax so it would be have been a five star rating if they had checked that.
