You go in feeling frumpy and come out feeling fabulous and a cherished member of the family. No pressure to chat, no pressure to talk but you can if you want, but you can just watch people coming in the warmth and affection amongst the staff and all their customers whether they are cutting your hair or not. Juliana's cut lasts - and as it grows out it keeps its shape and its only when you come out that you realise how much you needed a hair cut and that it makes you feel ten years younger! What's not to like!
