Appointment was for 4pm, I was not taken until 4.30pm. I was asked to take a seat and wait and there was no offer of tea/coffee. The girls don’t seem to have the best customer service skills. I asked to use the toilet and there was no toilet roll or towel to dry my hands. No proper welcome or consultation as to what I wanted. The girl that did my nails is new and saw that I was sitting waiting so started doing my nails, she had no help from any of the staff when she needed some assistance. I was not asked how I wanted my nails filed. I’m disappointed because I thought the salon had quite a good reputation but its not personable in the slightest, it’s like a conveyer belt, one in, one out. I asked for black nails but when I stepped outside into the day light, I noticed they were dark blue. I will definitely not be back, it was not a pleasant experience.

The salon was very busy as it was NYE, they were running late so offered us a glass of wine whilst waiting which was a nice touch. They washed my friends hair and left her waiting for an hour so it dried naturally before the blow dry. I had a blow dry with curls pinned up and then waited an hour for my friend to be done. Unfortunately a slow and poor service due to the busy NYE. Would recommend on a normal weekend, our hair wasn't great because it was rushed and then dropped but I would return on a normal day.
