1st visit ever to VIP. Staff are lovely & friendly. Really happy with the hairstyle and treatment I had. Salon was clean Bright&has a nice feel to it. Will definitely go back again.

Waited an hour before I seen for my blow dry to then sit in the chair for half an hour with wet hair. Disorganised chaos no allocated hairdresser to clients. People who arrived after me had been taken before me
