My fingernails were so overly filed that they are painful and badly damaged. The woman just kept filing without paying any attention to what she was doing, more than once I pulled my hand away but the damage is done. Actually very angry it will take months for my nails to recover. I understand the service is cheap but I don't expect to get injured. Avoid.

every nail is formed differently, the polish is uneven, the lady filed so much my nails actually hurt right now. I can't believe I paid for this. never coming back

All the staff in this place are amazing and fabulous at their job. They really know how to look after their clients and make them feel as comfortable as possible. My hair has never felt so amazing after having a cut and colour and tape in extensions! Massive thank you for working wonders on my hair. I love it 💓
