I always do a keratin treatment on my hair to keep it manageable and smooth, and for a couple of years I have been going to Rachel as she is brilliant at what she does.
Would highly recommend her to anyone but specially to those who are going to do a treatment for the first time as she will make you feel welcome and relaxed. She takes the time to talk to you and to understand exactly what you want to be done. That is why I give her five stars.
