Such a lovely space! I did my first kundalini class ever at the weekend and Rachel was very knowledgeable and supportive. I can't wait to go again!
I received a 1:1 Kundalini Activation session online and also a group session with Rachel. She is a gentle and competent space holder, healer and facilitator. I would recommend.
I attended one of Rachel's mini retreats consisting of a cacoa drinking ceremony, tarot cards, a sound bath and Kundalini. I came away feeling lifted, yet calm and relaxed. Can't wait to go back!
