I had a good experience at Atelier. The actual highlights were done incredibly quickly and I loved the blow dry. It would have been nice to be offered some water or a hot drink on arrival but otherwise the experience was very good and I was very satisfied with the result

The worst waxing experience ever, The lady left me with burns on the eyebrows and I felt so much pain when doing my arms which was unreal.

The place and atmostphere and products used were fine, and would have been great had I asked for a relaxation massage, but this was not a Deep tissue massage at all. The lady barely got in to muscles. I kept hoping it was just a warm up but then it ended... The plaque in the reception made no mention of a deep tissue massage so I wonder if this is something the staff are even trained to offer.... Very disappointing.
