Unfortunately, my experience was well below expectations. I booked with the head stylist, but he wasn’t there and no one had record of my appointment. I went ahead with another stylist, but the cut was rushed (15 mins), uneven, and poorly done—especially around the ears and back. He wasn’t going to wash my hair until I asked. I was shocked to be charged £50 for such a disappointing service. I left feeling completely let down.
