Service provided was good as always! If and when there are delays - which sometimes are beyond their control - I would encourage and appreciate if they'd be upfront with how long the delay is (20mins rather than "just 2 more mins said a number of times) so that customers can pop out and sort other things while waiting. They were apologetic however, and I will continue to go back!
