I hate leaving bad reviews and I haven’t left one in all my time using Treatwell, but here goes. It’s such a shame because I have been here before and had a great experience but not this time. When balayaging my hair the stylist back combed it so much that it was almost impossible to brush, the dye was left in for too long. The stylists barely even acknowledged me throughout this process, they took pictures of my hair without my consent. The whole thing was horrible. Never going back, which is a shame as I’ve easily spent the best part of £1000 here in the last couple of years, thought I’d found my favourite hairdressers but maybe not.
