We had a good morning. The aquasize class we attended was brilliant. We were not told a lot about the facilities and so we had to find most things out ourselves. We were only given one towel so once we had been to our aquasize class it was already very wet. There were no facilities inside the spa to get refreshments so we had to get changed to go to Starbucks. We then had a treatment which was good. At this point we did not want to get changed again so called it a day and went for lunch in the pub , which was lovely. Maybe if we were given more information we would have stayed longer.
This is a very nice relaxing place to go for the day and has very good food in the evening
