I really enjoyed my experience at Village Hair – as soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed and at ease. I'm not a 'beauty' person and just get my hair cut for practical reasons and Kurt was brilliant at talking to me about what I wanted done, making suggestions and being a generally good host. It was relaxed (I can't stand snooty hair salons) and we chatted about 90s dance music and Kurt's new years resolutions for most of the time. My only issue was that it was a little dirty – I have a phobia of other people's hair and there was a fair amount of it lying around. But for the price and the overall experience I was quite happy to ignore it. I'll definitely come back.

Best hair cut I've had in a while and absolute bargain at £20. Really lovely staff, would definitely recommend to friends and will be going back. Excellent!
