BAD in every way. Appointment was at 4, ended up being seen at 5. SO much hair on the floor, more than anywhere I’ve ever been. She washed my hair, the back of the top of my tshirt was left soaking for an hour and a half, which has never been my experience anywhere else. The haircut itself is SO bad and the hairdresser was so rude when I said anything, ‘it’s not my first time cutting hair’ - it should be your last!! My hair looks awful, she ignored me as I was leaving too.

I had to wait almost an hour before my appointment started. The stylist was alone and I think overwhelmed with multiple clients. She tried her best and was apologetic. I didn’t get the color I exactly wanted but went back later and they made to exactly what I did!
