This was my first time visiting the salon and I’m so glad I did! Everyone was really lovely and friendly, and the salon had such a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

I asked for a straight 90s-style blow-dry with a small flick at the ends, but was given much curlier hair instead. I repeatedly said for around 15 minutes that this wasn’t what I wanted before I was finally listened to. Although it was made straighter in the end, I still wasn’t happy with the result. I won’t be returning as I don’t want to waste my time having to repeatedly explain what I asked for.
