The way they treat clients is deplorable.
She washed my hair once with the shampoo not twice and used either freezing cold water or boiling hot. They don’t use any de tangling spray, nor heat protection, no leave in conditioner.
I’ve asked for a bouncy blow dry and she proceeded to brush my hair with the rounded brush aggressively and wasn’t really paying attention to me being in pain there.
Also they are talking with each other a lot, not really accommodating of the others.
