The manicurist really messed up my nails she used the drill machine on my natural nails, I wasn’t putting on fake nails, she didn’t use cuticle gel or soak my hands before using the machine and it thinned out my nails she removed the cuticles which made me bleed. Didn’t shape my nails properly, I had to file them myself. she was not paying attention and for feet it felt like it was rushed for both manicure and pedicure it was done in 15 minutes. Online says 1hr and 15mins
