Nail tech was rough and cut my finger, the nail shape was a bit rough at the edges and shape not the same on all fingers. I did ask him to shape one more but he didn’t check in to see if it was fine or any of the others and passed me onto another technician straight away. Nails are ok but wouldn’t go back
