Absolutely dirty salon, they don’t clean utensils, simply pack it away after use. The whole manicure station is dirty.
Hand wash area is dirty too. Staff don’t clean the drills they use and don’t wash their hands when they start manicures. Always on their phones in between.
I went in for a normal manicure and normal polish and it chipped after 2 days. When I do normal polish, it lasts longer. They refused to fix. I will never go back there.

A great wax, at very short notice, only thing was the technician had a super bad cold and was right up near my face, with her mask only over her mouth, not nose.
