Unacceptable service. The salon is a room with a bed and an armchair, extremely small and seems very dirty. Very few choices of nail polishes for the shellac manicure. The manicure was terrible, my nails chopped off the samw night, even though it’s supposed to lst around 2 weeks. The arm waxing, also unacceptable, the hair on my arms wasn’t pulled, it was cut. My arms seem as if they’ve been shaved. Very bad!

I had my eyelash extention removed. Suzie was friendly and helpful. However, the venue is a bit odd (basement of a pharmacy).

Felt the massage treatment was rushed finished 10 mins earlier, didn't even feel a difference came with an aching body and left with an aching body . Eyebrows could of been tinted better. Disappointed.
