Location really difficult to find (it’s in pharmacy downstairs). When I arrived, the lady had another client in the room and asked me if I’m ok with doing the waxing in the same room as the other client. Very unprofessional and also the facilities didn’t look great. I left in the end without a treatment.

This was a gel nail appt. and it's completely destroyed my nails! I had to go twice because the first time we spent an hour drilling off old gel - this has never happened before! It drilled too deep and was painful on some fingers. I wanted to have gel nails for a few weeks to help grow my nails, but this has damaged them beyond belief.
There wasn't a great range of colours and the mani was a little messy/on my cuticles.
A really lovely woman, and maybe the other services she offers are good, but this was a long-winded, 2 hour manicure... Wish I'd paid a little more to go elsewhere.
