Tara was amazing. She ensured I was comfortable and checked for any pre existing medical conditions. She worked on all the points I needed and helped release the tension in my shoulders and lower back. She advised me on ways to keep my back and shoulders from tightening also.

The place is lovely, the staff are all so incredibly friendly and helpful and you can tell they are all professionals. Would definitely recommend treatments here. The building was also very clean and covid safe. It is relaxing and just what you would want.

I had severe knots in my back that seemed to be normal to me until Natalie took them out and advised me of how I will feel the next day, I can truly say I feel a lot better. Will definitely be coming back again!
