Tara & Alex are exceptional and although my husband and I couldn’t walk the next day due to the pain, we had asked for a deep tissue massage to help with the tension. We’ve been going here for years and i would highly recommend them, absolutely brilliant, thanks guys.

Tara was amazing. She ensured I was comfortable and checked for any pre existing medical conditions. She worked on all the points I needed and helped release the tension in my shoulders and lower back. She advised me on ways to keep my back and shoulders from tightening also.

The place is lovely, the staff are all so incredibly friendly and helpful and you can tell they are all professionals. Would definitely recommend treatments here. The building was also very clean and covid safe. It is relaxing and just what you would want.
