It was my first deep tissue massage - the staff were friendly, skilled and I'm feeling the benefits already!

Alex is very professional and friendly at the same time. She sat down with me first to understand my medical history and areas to focus on. Excellent technique going deeper when required but I did feel very relaxed during the massage. Highly recommended
